Nick Dolby is a Series 3 NFA certified trader with over 20 years of experience trading futures. Like most day traders, Dolby started out working nights so he could trade during market hours. He began trading crude oil during a major rally and the selloff that followed and was one of the earliest traders to use digital prop firms. It was through thousands of hours, multiple blown accounts, and some big payouts that Dolby developed the expansive toolkit of trading techniques and methods that he still uses today.
As the TPT Trading Educator, Dolby focuses on creating instructional content to teach new and seasoned traders how to trade intelligently. He believes that trading success is not built on impulse or opinion, but on repeatable systems with controlled risk, and the discipline to execute with consistency under live-market pressure.
